At Myra Jewels, we take pride in offering high-quality jewelry. Please note the following terms regarding our sales :

  • Returns: We do not accept returns on any products unless the product is defective from our end. In that case we would need an unboxing video.

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. We provide store credit.

  • No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or store credit, subject to verification of the issue in 7 working days.

Customization and Personalized Orders

Please note that customized or personalized jewelry items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
